Colleen Fisher

Colleen Fisher is the Director of the U.S. Commercial Service’s U.S. Export Assistance Center in Baltimore. In this position, Ms. Fisher leads a team of five international trade specialists who assist U.S. businesses based in Maryland with increasing their international sales. Ms. Fisher acts as the Executive Secretary of the Maryland-DC District Export Council and works with local partners integrate export promotion efforts in the state of Maryland. Ms. Fisher received her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish and her M.A. in International Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is also a Certified Global Business Professional (NASBITE) and trained as a Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
