Wesley Muller

Wesley Muller is a patent attorney with more than fifteen years of intellectual property experience from both private and corporate practice. Wes is currently Managing Counsel, Intellectual Property for Under Armour. In this role, he leads the intellectual property department’s development and execution of the strategy to protect Under Armour’s intellectual property and help achieve their goals. He is also an active participant within the Innovation department, helping develop and form Under Armour’s technology partnerships. Under Armour is one of the largest apparel, footwear and technology companies in the world. Under Armour is headquartered in Baltimore, MD with nearly 16,000 employees world-wide.

Prior to joining Under Armour, Wes worked as Senior Group Patent Counsel for Stanley, Black & Decker, Inc., where he supported the intellectual property work in various divisions within the consumer product business. Wes is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
Wes is originally from New Jersey but has been living in the greater Washington/Baltimore area for the past twenty years with his wife and two children. Wes graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and obtained his law degree from Catholic University in Washington, DC. In addition to his professional life, Wes is an active youth hockey and baseball coach.
