Lets Plant Trees! presented by Baltimore Tree Trust & Break a Difference

As part of Baltimore Innovation Week's Civic Day, volunteers will join nonprofit partners Baltimore Tree Trust and Break A Difference to plant trees in East Baltimore. In addition to planting trees, volunteers will help provide much needed tree maintenance and trash removal.

We will meet at the Baltimore Food Hub then deploy out to nearby streets to plant trees! Volunteers of all ages welcome, but minors must arrive with a Waiver & Release signed by a parent/guardian.

By investing in the planting and care of trees, as well as the education and development of those who tend to them, Baltimore can be a leader in the field of green infrastructure and its impacts on public and environmental health.

After volunteering, we'll have an optional BBQ for volunteers where we'll be showcasing local nonprofits volunteer efforts and how volunteers can do more beyond the day.
